Introduction: Proposal is an essential marketing document that helps cultivate an initial professional relationship between an organization and a donor over a project to be implemented. This training is designed to prepare an entire group to prepare proposals that win contracts. It focuses on both the clear writing and the business aspects of proposal writing. This training will immediately give your group the direction and organization needed to tackle the work involved in responding to different donors.

Training Methodology:

With respect to the didactical approach adopted, the trainer will divide the class of participants into small groups that will work together to put into practice the steps of proposal development. These steps include the careful and proper analysis of the call for proposal; the formulation of the general and specific objectives of the project proposal, the division of roles among the different project partners to respond to the call for proposals.

Objectives of the Training: At the end of the course, participants will become much familiar with proposal writing mechanisms and able to take the maximum advantage of funding opportunities. Participants will create or strengthen their competencies in building a balanced project proposal budget and design successful project proposals to respond to the calls.

Duration & Venue: October 24 to 26, 2016 (Monday to Wednesday) Bangkok - Thailand

Registration Deadline: September 30, 2016

Training Fee (Excluding VAT):

  • Local NGOs/CBOs (Thailand Based) $ 320
  • Int’l NGOs/Donor & UN agencies (Thailand Based) $ 520
  • All types of organizations (Other Countries) $ 820
